Success(ion) Boot Camp

A GUIDED APPROACH

Success(ion) Boot Camp is designed to improve the succession readiness of businesses and their owners through an evolved understanding of succession options, clarification of succession objectives and laser-like focus upon priority change areas. This is achieved over a 12-month period via quarterly 1-day interactive, group seminars that each focus upon different success(ion) factors with participants leaving each session with key actions to address over the 90 days between seminars. Each participant is supported between seminars by Creating Succession to ensure progress is being achieved.

PRE-WORK: HEALTH CHECK + SUCCESSION LANDSCAPE

Owners will assess their succession readiness and evolve their understanding of the various succession approaches and pathways.

AUTUMN: OWNER READINESS/ EXPECTATIONS

Owners develop or refine their personal succession objectives and identify any hurdles they need to address to ensure they support the succession process.

WINTER: THE NUMBERS

Owners better understand the financial performance/value of their business and the gap between current financial performance/value and desired state and what levers they need to pull to improve financial performance.

SPRING:

THE RISKS

Owners better understand the factors that influence the attractiveness of their business in the eyes of prospective purchasers/investors and what actions they need to prioritise to improve their attractiveness.

SUMMER:

EXIT PREPAREDNESS

Owners will better understand how to improve their exit readiness and what actions they need to prioritise to improve that readiness.
