Success(ion) Intensive

A CONCENTRATED APPROACH

Success(ion) Intensive is designed to deliver a comprehensive succession plan for owners through an evolved understanding of succession options, clarification of succession objectives, laser-like focus upon priority change areas and development of realistic action plans. This is achieved over a 2-month period via multiple 1 on 1 sessions with our Creating Succession team.

PRE-WORK: HEALTH CHECK + SUCCESSION LANDSCAPE

Owners will assess their succession readiness and evolve their understanding of the various succession approaches and pathways.

CLARIFY CURRENT STATE AND DEFINE FUTURE STATE

Review results from Health Check diagnostic and clarify current state referencing the 10 success(ion) factors. Develop succession objectives for both owners and their businesses that are commercially realistic and aligned.

THE HOW

Prioritise elements that will be most impactful in achieving succession objectives and develop action plans, contemplating obstacles and hurdles, to deliver desired outcomes.

SUCCESSION PLAN

Activities are summarised in a comprehensive report inclusive of an action plan to support execution.
